Sara Svensson and Gergő Medve-Bálint, PhD Candidates at the Department of Public Policy and the Department of International Relations and European Studies, won first prize in an academic essay contest arranged by the Pálfi István Regional Development Foundation and the Central European Service for Cross-Border Initiatives.
