SPP is committed to attracting talented individuals who possess military experience and encourages them to apply. SPP offers a variety of courses in the areas of conflict resolution, negotiation, democracy support, and human rights, to name only a few, and has a policy research called the Shattuck Center on Conflict, Negotiation, and Recovery. Areas of concentration include regional and global governance, human security and development, and global media and communication.

Central European University (CEU) is an English-language, US graduate university located in Budapest and accredited in both, the United States and Europe. The Master of Public Administration program is registered and accredited in the State of New York, United States.
