Kata Orosz
Kata Orosz is Assistant Professor of Higher Education Policy at the School of Public Policy, and Associate Research Fellow at the Yehuda Elkana Center for Higher Education at CEU. She holds a PhD in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania, an MA in International Educational Development from Teachers College at Columbia University, and an MA in Public Policy (Higher Education Policy Specialization) from Central European University. Her research focuses on the relationship between higher education policy and the economic and non-economic benefits of higher education for individuals and societies. Studies she co-authored were published in the American Educational Research Journal, International Journal of Educational Development, Educational Researcher, and through the European Expert Network on Economics of Education. Kata is an alumna of Erasmus Kollegium, the Kellner Scholarship program, and the Hungarian-American Fulbright Postgraduate Student Grant program.
