OneCEU site has a collection of Rector updates for the community, along with separate communications from the Provost, Dean of Students, on issues such as working from home, guidance to supervisors re work obligations of parents. CEU document repository is where you can find COVID 19 academic decisions, such as grading and extensions, the PhD measures, and cost reimbursement for academics.

"What I especially liked about today's presentation is that it showed how theory works in practice," said Souran Chatterjee, CEU researcher and PhD candidate. Zoltan Kalo drew on his many years of practical experience to explain how investment decisions are made in pharmaceutical R&D. "This is a topic," he said, "that you can never read about in textbooks." |

"I learned an awful lot about a topic that is often mentioned as a 'qualifying skill' in vacancies at NGOs, and about which I did not know very much," commented Robin Fraiture (Mundus MAPP '16). The topic was fundraising. The day-long workshop was organized by HRSI (Human RightS Initiative) at CEU. "HRSI has been organizing these types of capacity-building workshops since 2007," explained Zsofia Suba, HRSI program manager. |

During a public lecture at the School of Public Policy at CEU, author and journalist Abubakar Siddique emphasized regional cooperation as the best remedy against extremism and terrorism. He noted that it would also go a long way toward resolving the complex conflict formation in Afghanistan and Pakistan. |

Steuer met students from Sciences Po, University of Bergen, the American University in Cairo (AUC) – and also Hanh Nguyen (MPA '17) from the School of Public Policy at CEU!
