Yes, if you indicate on your application that you can cover up to 25% of your education costs, you will still be considered for scholarships. Scholarships are awarded on a merit basis, and all applicants are considered.

Financial aid is awarded on a merit basis. A candidate's merit is evaluated on the basis of factors which include, but are not limited to, previous academic performance, quality of work experience, recommendation letters and evaluations, application essays, and test scores if applicable.

The application fee covers the nominal cost to review each application. This is the standard, non-refundable fee that CEU charges to all applicants to its programs.

The student enrollment fee is payable by all students for the duration of their enrollment each academic year. It covers institutional costs related to: maintaining the student status in the university's database systems, reporting required by Hungarian law, IT and financial services.
